Nutrition Basics: All About Macros (& how to use them to reach your goals!)
Sunday March 16th @ 9 am Gain an understanding of macronutrients and why each one is so important to our overall health with Registered Dietitian, Amy Carson. During this in-depth 90 minute workshop, we'll discuss how each macronutrient (protein, fat, and carbohydrates) work in our body, examples of each, and how to combine them all for a balanced diet each day. We'll dive into how to 'count your macros' to reach your goals, and how to achieve this way of living without feeling deprived. As an added bonus, we'll have samples of well-balanced food choices for you to taste, so you can try them before you buy them at the grocery store yourself!
